Hello Susan brown here founder of alkaline for life.Another question i am often asked is just how long is it going to take me to alkalize after i begin the alkaline diet that question really has a variable answer.For some individuals they have a relatively low acid load and so they can easily by incorporating 2 cups of vegetables for lunch and by drinking some lemon water they alkalize quite nicely.Other individuals say gosh im eating 2 cups of vegetables for lunch and dinner you know i'm having servings of my alkalizing nuts.
